The Venture Rewards has a $95 annual fee, which is waived the first year. There are no foreign transaction fees. This card is designed for excellent credit, although if your credit scores are close you may be approved depending on your other financial information.
There’s another card in Capital One’s Venture line, with different card terms and rewards. It might be a better option for you, depending on what you’re looking for in a travel credit card.

This card does have an annual fee but I more then make up for it with the 2 miles for every dollar spent on anything. Interest rate is high but I pay it off every month. I got a pretty high credit limit which I like in case of some kind of extreme emergency. It was recommended by Credit Karma and it has been a great movie for us.

Unlike my other travel cards that are beneficial for airfare and hotels, the Venture is very beneficial for RV travel. I can use my miles to cover the cost of tolls and RV parks and resorts. Those expenses can really add up. Miles are available as soon as transactions post, they are very easy to redeem. Global entry reimbursement has been added which makes my Amex PRG a little reduntant.
