I applied and was approved for 24,000 CL. A week later, they closed my account stating I didnt have a long enough credit history. This created a hard inquiry on my credit for nothing.

I was instantly approved after CK said I had very good odds.  $10k limit.  I applied Sunday evening and received the card today (Tuesday).  My scores are TU: 691, EX: 701, EQ: 651.
