Capital One® VentureOne® Rewards Credit Card is a Rewards Credit Cards.
The Capital One VentureOne Rewards Credit Card provides an excellent reward of 10X miles per dollar at Hotels.com/venture, with 1.25X miles for every other purchase.
Every mile you earn will be worth 1 cent when redeemed for travel expenses, so you’ll have a cash back equivalent of 10% for purchases from Hotels.com. Other purchases will only have a 1.25% cash back equivalent, so you’ll want to use a different card for non-hotel spending.
This card is available at either the Visa Platinum or Visa Signature level, depending on your credit limit when approved. Visa Platinum cards have basic shopping and travel protections, while Visa Signature cards come with more protections and some value-adding perks.
You’ll get a 12-month 0% intro APR for purchases, giving you a year to pay off a vacation or any other expenses you might have. There’s no annual fee, and no foreign transaction fee.
If you’re looking for a card to book a variety of different hotels, the VentureOne Rewards should be a strong contender.
There’s another card in Capital One’s Venture line, with different card terms and rewards. It might be a better option for you, depending on what you’re looking for in a travel credit card.

Horrendous and impossible to use their card, avoid at all costs. The worst customer service of my life. I received the card but was told there were fraud concerns. I scanned and sent my driver’s license, passport, bank statement with address, an IRS letter including my social security number and my address and my social security card next to the address stub. They said it was unacceptable because it was a copy of my social security and apparently I was supposed to take a picture of the actual card in my hand. I don’t carry my actual SS card because I’m freaking ABROAD!!!! It’s a travel card.
